From there, our qualified Active Performance therapists step in, armed with a range of cutting-edge techniques including red light therapy, remedial massage, cupping, dry needling, and targeted stretches or exercises. Each session is a combination of therapies designed to elevate your performance and rejuvenate your body, ensuring that every visit is a step closer to your peak vitality.
  • How can I schedule an appointment?
    A dedicated online booking system has been setup on our website so you can pick a preferred time that suits you or by contacting us if you have any questions.
  • Do I need to bring anything with me?
    We recommend bringing comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement. Additionally, please bring any relevant medical references that are related to your condition. It may also be helpful to bring a list of questions or concerns you have about your health or treatment goals. If you have any specific items or accessories that aid in your comfort, such as a favorite pillow or supportive cushion, feel free to bring those as well. Our team is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and safety throughout your session, so please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions or concerns prior to your appointment.
  • How many times will I need to come in before I feel better?
    The number of sessions needed before you start feeling improvement varies for each individual. Our approach is personalized, tailored specifically to your unique needs and condition.   • Will my sessions be covered by insurance?

  • Will I see the same Active Performance Therapist every time?
    Rest assured, regardless of the therapist delivering your session, each visit is meticulously crafted to unlock your body's full potential. Our team begins with a comprehensive assessment by our Master Practitioner to understand your unique needs. Every session at Active Performance Clinic is designed as a combination of therapies, ensuring that each visit is a step closer to your peak vitality. Please note you may opt for a private treatment by a specific therapist however additional costs may be incurred.
  • Do I need to inform my Therapist if I might not make it to my session?
    We kindly request that you notify your therapist as soon as possible if you anticipate being unable to attend your scheduled session. This allows us to effectively manage our appointment schedule and accommodate other clients who may be in need of care. Your consideration in communicating any changes to your appointment is greatly appreciated and helps us maintain the highest level of service for all our clients. Rest assured, your therapist will also keep you informed of any necessary updates regarding your session.
  • No Show/Late Cancellations - Will I be charged a cancellation fee?
    We appreciate your understanding and kindly refer you to our Terms and Conditions regarding our cancellation policy, which outlines any potential charges for late cancellations or no-show appointments If you have any questions or concerns about our cancellation policy, please don't hesitate to reach out to us

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Services

Active Performance Clinic provides manual therapy aimed at promoting physical health, recovery, and optimal performance. All services provided by Active Performance Clinic are subject to availability and the discretion of our practitioners.

 

Bookings

A dedicated online booking system has been setup on our website so you can pick a preferred time that suits you. Bookings can be made in advance. Upon booking you will receive an email notification of your booking date and time and some helpful information On your booking confirmation email there is also a link to cancel your appointment up to 48 hours in advance Please be considerate of your therapist and arrive on time at your appointment Where possible all NEW CLIENTS should arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment start time so as to complete necessary paperwork.

 

Payments

Payment for services rendered at Active Performance Clinic is due in full at the time of booking or upon completion of the appointment. We accept payment by cash, credit/debit card, or electronic funds transfer. Any discounts or promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions and may be revoked or amended at the discretion of Active Performance Clinic.

 

Cancellations and Refunds

Appointment cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid incurring a cancellation fee.

Please note we do not offer refunds for cancelled appointments.

A cancellation fee of 50% of your booked service will be incurred for cancellations within 24hrs and are subject to the discretion of Active Performance Clinic. A cancellation fee of 100% of your booked service will be incurred for cancellations with less than 4hrs notice or no shows. Refunds for services already rendered are not provided unless the service was not performed to a satisfactory standard or in accordance with the agreed terms subject to the discretion of Active Performance Clinic).

Promotions, Discounts, Gift Cards and Packages

10% Discount off your next treatment for email subscription is a one time use, per person only and expires within 30 days from subscription date Refer a friend promotion conditions as follows: For the referral 10% off their first session one time use only. For the referee 10% off their next session one time per appointment only. Gift Cards and Packages are non refundable. Gift Cards and Packages cannot be redeemed for cash. No discounts apply when purchasing or redeeming Gift Cards and Packages (unless a special offer is available when purchasing the gift card and Packages subject to the discretion of Active Performance Clinic).

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their medical history, current health status, and any relevant conditions or injuries. Clients are expected to disclose any changes to their health status or medical conditions to their practitioner before each appointment. Good personal hygiene and appropriate attire, specifically underwear, is required to be worn throughout the entirety of the appointment Your therapist maintains the right to terminate the massage immediately and leave the premises in the event of any form of harassment, including but not limited to physical, sexual, or verbal misconduct. Such behavior may result in the filing of a police report if deemed necessary. To ensure your privacy is respected during the appointment, your therapist will utilize towel draping, uncovering only the specific body part being worked on at any given time. Should you feel uncomfortable or require particular attention during the appointment, please promptly inform your therapist. Should you desire adjustments such as varying pressure, water, tissues, or a change in massage style during your session, please communicate your preferences directly to your therapist, who will make every effort to accommodate your needs.

Active Performance Clinic and its practitioners are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use of our services or website. Clients participate in our services at their own risk and are responsible for their own health and well-being.
